We are all hardwired for connection.

We grow, thrive and experience change through connection and engagement in relationships. The therapeutic relationship is an ideal place to grow and change. Sometimes our fears, worries, and concerns prevent us from living our life wholeheartedly and we cope with our pain in unhealthy and dissatisfying ways. Counseling provides a sacred space to connect, engage, and be present with our thoughts and emotions in order to change our behaviors and actions.

I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at the University of Miami and my Master's Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy through California School of Professional Psychology. I have held clinical positions with the Child Development Institute and Jewish Family Service of Los Angeles. In addition to being in Private Practice, I hold a clinical position with UCLA Medical Center.

I continue to further my education and training in the field on Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders, and evidence based treatment to mental health.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#87049) and member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapy.
